Monicor-2 corrosion rate indicator
Monicor-2 corrosion rate indicator is a microprocessor-based four-channel corrosion gauge. In addition to the Monicor-1 functions, Monicor-2 can store over 15,000 measurements and perform a compensation of a working medium resistive component during the measurement. The performance characteristics of the device beat all foreign-made analogues (see Feature comparison). Monicor-2 can be connected to a field sensor and do the measurement in a standalone mode, which allows to observe deviations in medium corrosion activity and protective capability of corrosion inhibitors during the whole period of standalone operation. The corrosion rate indicator «MONICOR-3-GSM-LPR».
«MONIKOR-3-GSM-LPR» is designed for remote speed measurements in the online mode in wireless communication mode, it can also be used as a laboratory device with an information storage device. The device has increased accuracy of measurement due to the use of a precision 24 bit ADC. It provide an improved system of compensation for ohmic resistance of fluid, as well as new measurement algorithms that can be used when take places deposits on the surface of the metal. In addition to the corrosion rate, the apparatus evaluates the electrical conductivity of working media in μS / cm. The device is equipped with a power supply, an SD-card (1-4 GB) for recording measured data, a software for receiving data on a computer from an SD card, «Web-Mnicor» software, which allows you to organize work in the on-line mode through the GSM network (GPRS) channels. The using together with the controller BDKU-UDR-Monicor-GSM indicator can be provide to regulate the consumption of the reagent depending on the corrosion rate of the LPR sensor. In the device seted the basic GSM providers, if necessary, we can enter any other. The device is flashed automatically when it starts up with a new firmware file written on the SD card. When installing programs, customers are provided with technical advice via telephone and Internet channels.

LPR probes for reservoir pressure maintenance systems (under 250 atm.)
LPR probe units for high for high pressure water conduits were developed and approved in 2002 during a field testing at OAO "Orenburgneft". The units are installed on shut-down pipelines. The units are provided with a ferrous sulfide short circuit protection system. The units may be optionally equipped with Monicor-2 corrosion gages (for standalone recording of corrosion rate) or Monicor-1 units (for individual corrosion rate measurements). Such units can be used at high temperatures, provided that the pressure is under 25 atm.

Pilot test-bench for corrosion inhibitor testing
Pilot bench tests are necessary when choosing corrosion inhibitors and bactericides. The Pilot bench allows to measure the corrosion rate in field tests more precisely than in laboratory tests. Monicor-Bench test results are almost as precise as field test results, while the consumption of reagents and the time spent on a test are by far less than during field testing. Biological media
Sterile nutrient media (Postgate) are used for quantitative control of SRB, which are, in some cases, one of the main causes of corrosion. This method is based on successive (from one flask to another) dilution of potentially contaminated field water in several flasks containing test media (Postgate). The quantity of SRB in field water is determined by the quantity of "blackened" media flasks. The media are supplied in 10 ml flasks.

Automated test bench for testing corrosion inhibitors of gravimetric and electrochemical methods of the brand «Monicor-Stand-A»
Monicor-Stand-A is designed for conducting corrosion-metric tests of corrosion inhibitors and various metals in an aqueous medium where it provide constanse of next parametrs: temperature, flow rate, the content of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and oxygen in it. Auxiliary controlled parameters: liquid levels and pressure in tanks. The bench installation is running software developed on the basis of the Schneider Electric IGSS SCADA system. In real time, recorded and displayed on the computer screen: corrosion rate by LPR method, corrosion rate by CMAS method, pH value, content of corrosive gases. Also during the test, the rate of corrosion of flat samples by mass loss is determined. The stand controller has the ability to connect new sensors, output current output or RS-485 via MODBUS RTU protocol.
