The device (Retractor) of the Monicor-R-ST-100 model is developed to installation and deinstallation of various sensors (gravimetric, LPR, ER) for corrosion researches with a rod length of no more than 1000 mm (up to 1500 mm is possible). The device is mounted on pipelines and equipment through the system: welded fitting - ball valve - lubricator.

    The device allows to lift and lower the sensors without stopping the process of pumping the medium at the pressure of up to 10 MPa (up to 16 MPa is possible).

    The device scope is installation operations - removal of corrosion rate sensors, samplers and other sensors of a similar design (for example, scaling sensors) when conducting corrosion monitoring on oilfield equipment operating under the pressure up to 10 MPa.
