Data transfer is carried out directly to the WEB- server via GPRS cellular communication channel or via RS-485 to the automated process control system. When using the MONICOR-3-GSM-LRP corrosimeters, the device allows you to automate the reagent supply process by linking it to the corrosion rate. A GSM network is required to operate the equipment. The equipment is mounted in addition to/in place of the control unit of the metering unit. LPR probe units for high for high pressure water conduits were developed and approved in 2002 during a field testing at PJSC "Orenburgneft". The units are installed on shut-down pipelines. The units are provided with a ferrous sulfide short circuit protection system. According to the customer request units are equipped with Monicor-2M corrosion meters (for operating in the autonomous recording of corrosion rates) or Monicor-3-GSM-LPR (for taking measurements and transmitting them to the Web server in real time). The coupons are used as a main tool when corrosion control is carried out by the gravimetric method. As a rule, coupons are made of steel of the same grade as the pipeline steel where the corrosion control unit is installed or the same steel is used (usually steel 20) for all coupons. In our opinion, the second approach is more practical, because it allows to get comparable results on the corrosiveness of the media in relation to the same material. If different materials for the coupons are used, then there is the uncertainty regarding the factor which should be taken into account in a particular case, because carbon steels can differ in their corrosion resistance. more... |

The mobile pipeline system is developed to the rapid deployment of the above ground pipelines in the field (mainly without mechanization) and to provide the pumping of media as an alternative to metal pipelines. The mobile pipeline system is also used for the construction of temporary pipelines for various purposes, for example, when repairing well flow lines, pressure testing other pipelines, constructing a bypass section, etc. The main element of the Mobile Pipeline System is a collapsible pipeline with various fittings, flanges, and fasteners, corresponding to the nominal pressure and diameter declared in the name of the characteristics.
