The essence of the process is that a metal «cold finger» is introduced into the oil heated to a predetermined temperature with ARPD, which has a stable low temperature, which causes crystallization of ARPD on it. After the end of the experiment, it is necessary to weigh all the deposits that have fallen out on the rod by first separating them from it. The admixtures of ARPD inhibitors to the oil can reduce the deposition of sediments on the «cold finger». The installation feature is the simultaneous using of 6 cells for carrying out experiments, a circulation pump to ensure uniform heating of cells and rods with ARPD after the experiment, in order to «melt» and let them drain in full. The control of the switching of the coolant flows is carried out using three-way ball valves with an electric drive, which reduces the physical efforts applied by the personnel when working with the installation. Together, these makes possible to facilitate the experimental work, increase its efficiency and improve the reliability of the results. |
